Corning Museum of Glass

After the walk, decided to venture on to Corning. We have been visiting glass blowing museums and studios for years. The Corning Museum of Glass is the most notable one on the east coast. It is huge and has displays of antique and modern glass. There are several demonstration areas showing various techniques of glass blowing as well as the traits of glass itself. We could easily have spent another day as there was more to see than we could absorb.

On our way back to the RV, we dined at the Naples Hotel, a lovely old building with great food at surprisingly low prices.
